Welcome to our Apartment 2. We designed this one-bedroom apartment to provide you with maximum comfort and a true feeling of home, whether you are visiting us for sports activities by the reservoir or to find peace in nature.

The apartment features a separate bedroom and a living area with a kitchenette, with both rooms equipped with their own Smart TV.

Kitchen & Facilities: A fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, and microwave. For a perfect morning, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a complimentary coffee and tea-making set are at your disposal.

Tip: A minibar is available for your refreshment (consumption at an extra charge).

Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a shower, where a complimentary toiletry set and a hairdryer await you. An iron is also available.
🛏️ Capacity and Sleeping Arrangements

Bedroom: The centerpiece of the room is a spacious double bed (180×200 cm) for your undisturbed sleep.

Living Room: A high-quality sofa bed which, when unfolded, serves as a full-size bed measuring 160×200 cm.
Family Information:
Children under 3 years old stay with us free of charge.
A discounted rate for an extra bed applies to children aged 3 to 6.
Guests aged 7 and older are charged the full price.
🌿 Garden and Relaxation
Apartment 2 features a generous 300 m² garden. It is the perfect spot for a morning coffee in the grass or a relaxing evening sitting outside.
