Contactless Reception – Check-in / Check-out
Our apartment house features a fully self-service reception system. To ensure a smooth experience, we use the PREVIO hotel system and its virtual receptionist, My Alfred. Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary details and a login code for the My Alfred app, where you can easily manage your entire stay.
Please note that all guests are required to complete an online registration (including name, date and place of birth, nationality, ID/passport number, visa details if applicable, and home address). You can access the app via any web browser at
At least 1 day prior to your arrival, Veronika Apartments will send you a welcome email with arrival instructions, including the PIN code for the main entrance and the number of the lockbox containing your apartment keys.

Check-out: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure
